Operations Center — In May 2007 DTI launched a new operations center in Bolingbrook, IL to meet the growing needs of its customers. The modern, secure, climate-controlled facility is ideally suited for the high-touch services and the operational excellence DTI provides its clients. The building provides up to 100,000 square feet of expansion capability, and is home to the corporate offices so the entire DTI staff can work seamlessly as a team and perform with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Intelligent Workflow Design — DTI achieves maximum efficiency, reduced costs, and consistent execution by organizing workflow to minimize touches and the movement of people and goods. The operations center is segmented based on specific fulfillment processes for optimal efficiency – each pick, multi-line orders, kitting and assembly, testing, and various packing and shipping requirements.
