DTI Launches a New Fulfillment Center to Accommodate Growth

Bolingbrook, IL - May 1, 2007 - DTI Warehouse has launched a new fulfillment center in Bolingbrook, IL to meet the growing needs of its customers. This modern, secure, climate-controlled facility is ideally suited for the high-touch services and the operational excellence that DTI provides its clients. The building provides up to 100,000 square feet of expansion capability to accommodate both existing and future clients.

“With this new space we are able to increase service offerings, efficiency, and customization for our clients. Plus, every member of the organization is in one building, which means we can provide a level of service unparalleled in the industry,” said Tim Wolfe, Vice President, DTI Warehouse.

The new operating center will enable DTI to expand its customer base while still providing small and medium-sized clients the kind of service they may not be able to get at a standard distribution center or larger 3PL firm. DTI Exceeds Customer Expectations in Inventory Accuracy

Bolingbrook, IL - March 1, 2007 – Since initiating fulfillment services for Bag Borrow or Steal 16 months ago, DTI has maintained 99.8% inventory accuracy across 7,000 SKUs during a period when order volume grew by 100%. Inventory accuracy had been a major problem for Bag Borrow or Steal when it handled its own fulfillment operations, and these numbers far exceeded their expectations when signing on with DTI.

Bag Borrow or Steal is an online retailer that offers luxury handbag and jewelry rentals, which means inventory accuracy is a critical part of its business. To achieve nearly perfect numbers, Bag Borrow or Steal applications were integrated with DTI’s WebCenter – a web-based platform that manages fulfillment, order management, inventory management, and supply chain processes while providing real-time visibility and metrics.
